Owner/Executive Officer
Tara Payne founded Caring Hearts Enterprises in 2004, after working
over 16 years in the health care industry and recognizing the enormous
need for non-medical home care services. In addition to Ms. Payne
serving as Executive Officer and Owner of Caring Hearts In-Home Care, LLC.
Ms. Payne has also owned & operated an Insurance Marketing Company
and had served as a sales and marketing V.P. & Director in the
Senior Insurance industry for over 7 years. Ms. Payne currently holds
a Health, Life, and Annuities Insurance License in 25 states.
